This practice is great. I always find all the staff helpful, efficient and kind. Dr Anderson is always thorough and very professional; she is listens carefully and is extremely understanding. We are very fortunate to have good team of doctors and other staff at this surgery, serving Ashtead. Thank you to them all.

A lovely, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, lady doctor. that everyone prefers to see, always in great demand. Incidentally she also has a wonderful sense of humour. Listens patiently....if illness dictates. unconcerned about a "timed period!!" nor restricts you to only one ailment..others please note !! Perfectly diagnoses the problem ..from the symptoms. and applies the proper appropriate treatment that WORKS !!. Her particular care cannot possibly be improved. It's a shame that other people are unable to have such a G.P like her!!

I saw Dr Anderson for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. She immediately put me at ease and was very caring and sympathetic. I didn't feel in the least bit rushed and she was very clear and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I have known this doctor for years, she has always given me 100% of her attention. Diagnosed my Polyarthropody through immediately taking a blood test I shall always be very grateful to her. She has a great deal of knowledge of rheumatology.

I had a very reassuring meeting with Dr Anderson today. She dealt in a no-nonsense and sensitive way with a number of issues that I was presenting and in particular I felt listened to and understood even when I was unsure of how to explain my concerns or I used the wrong (layman's) terminology. Although dealing mostly with the main issues, she also addressed other possible causes, symptoms and underlying concerns and re-visited my history - looking at all aspects of my health and well-being with a reassuring "Come back with any other questions or concerns at any time - or you can place a request for a phone call if you prefer".
