A highly competent, extremely professional doctor who works in a very friendly atmosphere . a good listener who initially grasps the situation and the requirement of the patient and then advises on the treatment. She is always accessible ,attends your calls and needs. Extremely punctual in her appointments. She is ably assisted by her staff . The lady with the lamp , Florence Nightingale was lucky, Dr Bakala was not present at that time ! Many prayers for her and her very lucky patients .
