Alice Soutar was a locum at my GP practice. I visited when I was at my lowest ebb after several traumatic events in 2015. I was at the end of my tether, having worked for 40+ years and being very well respected for my knowledge and business acumen, being made redundant, finding another, totally different role, in which I was badly bullied ( probably due my age, 62) and living with an abusive partner. Dr Soutar was a fantastic help, and without her empathy and listening skills, I would probably not be here now. She went out of her way to assist, reminding me of another champion GP, Dr Ian Scorgie.

DR Soutar really listens and is very approachable, and empathetic. She takes the time to address any issues.
