He is highly human and dedicated professional at all time, trustworthy so that you can explain your health matter, very accurate on diagnosis and treatment. He always has great availability to resolve complex medical case escalating to the right team for further investigation, tracking findings or giving good advises to his patients with the right medication. I frequently have Tinitus symptoms due to excess wax formation in both ears. The suction machine used by Dr. Ali helps in cleaning without any risk of infection. Through his specialised skill set, Dr. Ali is able to treat even when the ears have been dry sometimes and advices on how to take care at home by using olive oil ear drops.

Procedure to clear my ear worked extremely well and I now have much better hearing without Tinnitus. Dr Shuaib talked me through what he was doing and I had full confidence in his work. The convenience and value to me of the local service ( I was in and out within 30 minutes and back to work) instead of being referred to the hospital (where I could have have waited a whole day) was very high.
