There have been a few occasions that have made me feel compelled to write a review. Firstly a good few years ago I became very unwell, a doctor came to my house and said I'd pulled a muscle in my back, I became more unwell and was taken to my surgery. My GP saw me in the waiting room and immediately acted, rushing me into his room, organising my bed at the hospital as I was very ill. The second instance, I found a lump in my breast, I got a same day appointment (having rung on my lunch break) the lump was taken seriously by the GP and thankfully the cancer was small and not spread- because of the high level of care and concern I got an immediate referral. My GP is also compassionate, caring and kind. I am very thankful to my GP and the reception staff who always take any health concern with professionalism and kindness. I feel listened to, understood and a good level of empathy shown towards me.
