Dr Norman sadly left the practice at the beginning of June. It's very sad for patients as he was a high calibre doctor - and the only professional at this practice. He leaves a big hole and will be missed by all patients. I suppose we should be grateful that we were able to access such a good doctor at such a poor practice for the short period he was at Thameside.

Absolutely professional, caring and kind, Dr Norman really did far more than I expected of him while I had a recent health scare. I'm getting on a bit now but I think he's the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr Norman is an exceptionally good doctor and a real breath of fresh air at Thameside. He along with Dr Bignall are obviously driving up standards and providing the health care people need moving away from the obstructive and dismissive history of the practice. If you need a doctor you won't find better than these two doctors.

Excellent GP, he goes way beyond what you expect in a world where we know doctors are stretched to breaking point, he's also kind and easy to talk with.
