This gentleman lacks social skills and comes across as arrogant, abrupt and rude......clearly not a people person. I left my appointment in tears .....not great after a 3 hour journey to the hospital. His opening statement was that he did not know why I had been sent to see him.....he then took no notice at all when I explained this. At the end of the day I was a patient attending an appointment made for me by my GP surgery and he had no right to take his anger at the system out on the patient sat in front of him. I have made a formal complaint about him to the hospital in the hope that this will stop another patient going through a similar experience.
