Very caring and attentive. Outstanding bedside manner - completely understood the needs of my father and approached things in a way it felt reassuring whilst honest. Thorough and respectful during all communications whilst giving no impression of pressure on time.

Dismissed my symptoms and told me to come back in a month and he'd do a test if I still had it. Came back a month later and instead he said it would clear up itself. Three months later I still have the issue!

Very unhappy- didn't listen to me at all, gave me the wrong prescription for something I've been on for years
