when I have some health issues and go to see him he listens patiently, asks me
a lot of questions, explain what's his opinion and the medicine he consider for my treatment
I feel being very lucky to have him in our Surgery.

It was a breath of fresh air talking to Dr Fragoyannis. I have been putting up with numerous medical irritations for years, nothing too serious but collectively affecting my quality of life. He listened to me, arranged tests and found the 1 reason for all of it. I couldn't be more grateful.

Alex as a doctor is kind, caring, and an excellent listener. He took all of the information I could provide and considered my preferences in regards to being treated. He was calm and explained the process of diagnosis and treatment. He was able to explain in detail what he was prescribing me and how it worked as well as any side effects that might come up. Very attentive and very clearly interested in my personal health.
In the past I've usually had a single doctor that I've visited for many years when the need arose and am always hesitant when I see a different doctor or visit a new GP. I had none of that with Alex and can highly recommend him as a professional and feel extremely confident in his abilities to provide me with great care.
In the future I will most certainly be asking for my appointments to be with Alex.

I studied medicine in Aberdeen University qualifying in 2001. Following some years in a variety of hospital specialities, I trained in general practice completing my Royal College membership in 2006. Since then, I have worked as a locum, salaried GP in a variety of practices in Harrow and Ealing and started as partner in Corfton Road Surgery in 2011.
I have a keen interest in teaching medical students and I am an Imperial College Tutor and Examiner. I have also been involved in PCT/strategy work for NHS Harrow and I am currently a member of the Ealing Commissioning Group's Executive Clinical Lead Team. This team helps commission services and shape the future of primary care in our borough. My specialist interests include dermatology, cardiology, ENT and respiratory medicine and I also have a keen interest in medical IT.
I am also founder of www.earcarelab.co.uk which provides safe and effective ear microsuction for removal of ear wax as well as consultations for ear related problems.
