Dr Fragoyyanis is an excellent and conscientious doctor, he is really the star of this GP surgery. He always goes the extra mile for his patients and has an extensive medical knowledge. He was really helpful during my gap year trip to South America and really thought carefully about what medicines and vaccinations I needed to take according to my health conditions. He has also been a really supportive friend during my father's heart problems (my father is also registered at the surgery). We always go to Dr Alex because he is the best! Thank you for being an amazing and hard working doctor always.

I have been treated by Dr Alex since he came to the Corfton Road Surgery and, during that period, I have found him to be calm, considered and thoughtful in his professional dealings with me. I have also found him sympathetic and quick to demonstrate a sense of urgency, when it is required.
I have suffered with ill-health man and boy so I have been in a position to appreciate the good, the bad and the down-right ugly that the medical profession imposes on us. Dr Alex is one of those consummate professionals that I would have no hesitation at all in recommending to anyone. In fact, he is one of the reasons I live in his catchment area. I studied medicine in Aberdeen University qualifying in 2001. Following some years in a variety of hospital specialities, I trained in general practice completing my Royal College membership in 2006. Since then, I have worked as a locum, salaried GP in a variety of practices in Harrow and Ealing and started as partner in Corfton Road Surgery in 2011.
I have a keen interest in teaching medical students and I am an Imperial College Tutor and Examiner. I have also been involved in PCT/strategy work for NHS Harrow and I am currently a member of the Ealing Commissioning Group's Executive Clinical Lead Team. This team helps commission services and shape the future of primary care in our borough. My specialist interests include dermatology, cardiology, ENT and respiratory medicine and I also have a keen interest in medical IT.
I am also founder of www.earcarelab.co.uk which provides safe and effective ear microsuction for removal of ear wax as well as consultations for ear related problems.
