Amidst the horror stories we hear from friends in other local health authorities, the service we get from Dr Watt is excellent. He treats you like he wants to treat you, rather than merely going through the motions. I never doubt that he has my wellbeing at heart

I have been seen by Dr Watt for several years now. I had another male GPbat the same practice for more than 6 years who has never get to the bottom of my prostate issue despite all the symptoms. He was saying that as l am young it was unlikely that l have prostate issue and prescribed me with pills for bladder and laterally told me that l need to train my bladder to treat frequent urination despite my complaints of painful ejaculations and abdominal pain. Then l booked an appointment with Dr Watt. He is my saviour. He diagnosed my prostate issue and also my thyroid problem. He is the best health care professional l have seen in my life. Emotional comfort that l get every single time talking to Dr Watt is second to none. I feel extremely comfortable in my appointments. He is excellent communicator and a valuable asset for healthcare system in the country. God bless you Dr Watt!

My family and I have been seen/ treated by Dr Watt on a number of occasions. He is a good communicator - listens to his patients and gives useful advice without reaching for the prescription pad if it's not necessary. Although it's a busy practice in quite a challenging area he never gives the impression that he's not got time to listen to your concerns. I have young children and have found Dr Watt (and the practice as a whole) very good at fitting us if one of the children is ill and giving practical advice - a view that I've heard other mothers locally express as well. I'd recommend the surgery to anyone living in the area.
