Dr Keating could not care less. Very few questions asked to assess the seriousness of the problem. Couldn't offer a suitable appointment and she offered no alternative (other than wait). Luckily 111 were much more professional, asked lots of questions, explain the possible causes and sent me to a walk in center (it seems that there are alternatives, but Dr Keating did not have time to explain, she literally said" there is nothing that I can do"). I pay for NHS and private health insurance and it is all pointless if you can't get a fairly speedy appointment with your GP when you need it.
