This is by far the best GP I've ever had. I have complete confidence in him. I've had a number of minor health issues over the last 15 years that I've been at West Heath surgery. I always try to see Dr Shah whenever possible. The fact that there is a long waiting time to see him, probably speaks volumes, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has faith in him.

The most condescending and rude GP I have seen. I was told off for asking for antibiotics. I have asbestos and copd problem. I changed GP and new GP infact gave me back up antibiotics and referred me to hospital!
I wish partner GPs employ more doctors and not just use the excuse ' we are busy'
