Superficial approach to both issues I consulted for, erroneous (difficult to say if this was voluntary or not) information, lack of knowledge (not being able to read a simple ultrasound is problematic) and very bad service/communication as it turned out the last time I consulted this GP (because my normal GP was unfortunately on annual leave). I was seen by this GP and on-site she agreed that an fast referral towards a specialist would be needed. Weeks later and after insisting, I found out that the referral was sent as routine referral. When I contacted the clinic to talk with the GP about this, I was promised I would be contacted by phone to discuss this with her. This never happened unfortunately. My personal feeling as a patient was a lack of empathy as well even when we discussed about very difficult issues. When one is most vulnerable, a human as well as professional treatment and behaviour is the least to be expected.
