I have always received an extremely pleasant and caring service from Dr A Mayet. He is always thorough and I never feel like I have wasted a visit or his time.

Because of being part of a big practice, it was not always possible to see my chosen doctor but if I could wait I would rather have seen Dr Mayet because he understood all my problems. He was responsible for most of the treatment and diagnosis of my problems and helped me to get through them.
As for the surgery I am sure the staff did their best but trying to get through on the phone for an appointment was extremely difficult or trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy normally resulted in having to visit personally.

Dr Mayet listens to what you have to say and offers advice and options which helps you to understand your problems. He is always happy to continue seeing you to ensure that any treatment is completed. He greets everyone personally making them feel like a person not just "another patient."

Dr Mayet is always a pleasure to meet. He is attentive and listens carefully, making me feel that although he is working in a very busy and demanding environment I am still an individual. He responds thoughtfully with his words and actions all of which are very good and inspire confidence. The whole Dr Mayet package is first class.
I also must comment favourably on the dispensing and nursing staff who are always efficient and helpful.
