I registered at Fern House Surgery in 2004 when I moved to Witham. From that time I have always been treated respectfully and kindly by all contacts with any doctor I’ve seen, any nurse or receptionist. From the time I started consulting Dr Mayet, I have found him to be very thorough, extremely helpful, not much given to adopt a wait-and-see approach but always respectful of what I, because of strong belief, cannot agree to. No human being is perfect, but to the extent possible, I trust this Doctor. Many of my friends, not patients at Fern House, who had their vaccinations there, praised the way it was organised, to which I add my own commendation. A very minor suggestion is the system of calling patients to their respective GP - it can often sound not clear.
