For personal reasons I refuse to take any addictive medications which obviously can make me a very difficult patient to treat. Most GPS would see me as awkward and believe that if I refuse to help myself then why should they help me. But not Dr Mayet, who has gone above and beyond to try and manage symptoms from an earlier accident. In 2019 I had an accident that caused serious brain injuries which left me with chronic Migraines. Obviously I won't take opiate analgesia such a Co-Codamol or Tramadol, but Dr Mayet always respects and supports my decision and he worked tirelessly to find an alternative which eventually he did.
