I have been under the care of Dr. Mayet for a number of years and words can't explain how grateful I am for his support, kindness and clinical advice. He is an excellent GP when dealing with the routine things in life, I have never felt dismissed or unheard. However I didn't fully appreciate his worth until I went through a life altering situation a few years ago and the support he offered through the thick of it all undoubtedly saved my life. I am tears writing this as I think back how bad things were, how hopeless I felt and how close I was to ending my life. For someone who is reluctant to ask for help or support as I think people [including Doctors] have enough on their plate without me adding to it. Dr. Mayet was able to recognize I was in trouble and was able to get me to speak the truth about what was going on and provide the support and advice to get me through that awful period and slowly get better.
