I was seen by Dr Matoorian yesterday at Brants Bridge outpatients, he was the out of hours doctor I saw after following the 111 route, I was very impressed with his friendly manner and obvious and natural caring attitude towards me he was very through and thoughtful and diagnosed my ailment by listening and conversing back to me which in the end made me feel I could trust him 100% and at ease, I will carry out the extra advice he gave me, I say all this because I’ve had the same GP for 30 years who retired last year and I have not met another doctor since who has treated me the same, ie had the time to listen to someone who is a bit of a worrier at the first sign of feeling unwell) I would thoroughly recommend Dr Matoorian and my only disappointment is that he doesn’t practice at my surgery.

Very sympathetic and understanding and took time to explain results and future treatments. Has previously treated my adult son who also found him very supportive.

Always friendly, and easy to talk to. Listens well and answers questions clearly, frequently adding extra information to help increase the patient's understanding. Good knowledge. Why not 5 out of 5 for everything, well it pays (as with all doctors) for the patient to prepare a concise description of their problem, the relevant questions to which they ought to have answers and finally,....there's always room for improvement.
