Very aggressive approach. Didn't listen. Stereotyped me as a patient. Did not seem to understand mental health. Just seemed to be concerned with not using up resources, rather than needs of patient. Shocking approach. Have had to use mental health services for some time due to various problems and never seen anything like it.
