In the last few years I unfortunately have had contact with several departments and doctors, and I must say that Dr Abbas stands out as the one who treats me as though I do know what I'm talking about! He is one of the few,these days, who has really good 'people skills', which means a lot when you are dealing with things and attending appointments on your own. He has made sure that I haven't missed any appointments, even though I was quite ill and in hospital at one point, he made sure that I caught up with them when I was well enough. Keep up the good work!
