Not the send them away with a prescription to get rid of them type. As well as being good listener he is always good at explaining things in a pleasent non-patronising manner. Unlike many others he always takes the time to be thorough and reassuring. Whilst in the waiting room you can easily see relieved and sometimes jubilant patients leaving. In no way is he aloof and unapproachable as some doctors can be. You would be hard pushed to find a more unassuming, friendly, helpful and naturally caring doctor.
