Very helpful, knowledgeable, has exactly the right attitude towards me as a patient, gave me hope and reassurance and used clear English to discuss my condition. His directness is praiseworthy. He is friendly and smiles.

My father was disgnosed with metastasised cancer in 2014. He was extremely helpful, understanding and proactive in my father's care. He really seemed to care.
