Superb doctor, slightly reminiscent of Doc Marton from the tv series, but says it like it is, exactly ehat this patient needs.
If this Doctor said to stand on my head and recite Wordsworth t cure my pain, I would.
Total trust.
He has helped me phsically, mentally, and homopathically.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. He is arrogant, condescending and prefers the sound of his own voice rather than listening to you. Bedside manner ... zero!

Dr Pool is fantastic, can occasionally be straight to the point and some people may find a bit off putting, but he knows his stuff and doesn't beat around the bush. he is very quick with referrals and always explains when giving new medication the potential side affects and what to expect and when to go back if symptoms persist. he is very helpful and doesn't make you feel like your just a number, he listens and advises on each person individually, and to me that is all any one can ask for in a GP.
