Having listened to my symptoms of intermittent chest pains which lasted just a few minutes and which two other Doctors had believed it to be heart outer tissue inflammation. Dr Adam Jacques decided that with my family history and pains under my right elbow that a Coronary Anagram would be performed. This showed a blockage of 99% to my LAD and a XIENCE stent was placed. I just want to say the Dr Adam Jacques judgement and procedure was exemplary. I can’t thank him or rate his professionalism and judgement.

I have been under Dr. Adam Jacques since November 2000. He has always made me feel very safe under his care. His friendly always listens and acts on any problems you may have promptly. I feel very lucky to of been under his care. I would also like to say all the people I had contact with in the cardiology department at St. Peter's Hospital Chertsey were lovely.
