Simply filled me with confidence from the get-go. Slightly quirky manner which I particularly liked, and always upbeat. Very clear and concise in explaining what is going on and what he plans as next steps. Also explained, very clearly, the potential outcomes and dangers of proposed procedures...and, by gentle questioning, tested my understanding of what I had been told. Very easy to trust this man implicitly. And I do.
One of the very best, thank you.
How to improve? Other than there being two of him, I cannot think of anything.
