He is a nice man He has helped me for many years. He essentially saved my life, although I did not agree with his decisions, he ultimately did do what was in my best interests. He is friendly, he listens to you and look you in the eye. I would say there was some more improvement needed in him listening to me more about voices, and I did not agree with the diagnosis (diagnosis of BPD when I feel very, very depressed and feel that i have clinical depression) But in the long run, he took my case back on board after months of me fighting for help, so I will always have a lot of respect for this man.
