I have nothing but praise for Prof. Gatrad, he is a breath of fresh air and I am so glad that we got to see him for help with my daughter. He made us feel at ease, gave us his time and attention and never once made us feel like our concerns were trivial. He listened and addressed every concern and gave us clear instructions and reasoning for the plan. Thankfully he has helped us navigate our daughters cows milk allergy and has truly been a beacon of light in what initially felt like a very dark journey. He not only supported us in our daughter’s care but also took the time to ensure that we as parents were managing too. Despite being very busy and with demanding patient lists, he was available to us when needed and always offered to speak with us at short notice. He is very approachable and immediately puts you at ease with his kind nature and empathy. Thank you again, I can’t tell you how supportive you have been.
