My appointment with this doctor was very good. I was apprehensive because I suspected I had a UTI. I had never had one before and was worried about how to explain my symptoms to a doctor I had not met before but I need not have worried as he reassured me I had done the right thing to come and ask about it. He was professional and thorough. I felt well looked after and he explained everything to me and finished by checking if there was anything I didn’t understand.

Dr Janmohamed is a bright young professional doctor. He listened carefully to my issues and considered what should be done. He was very personable and easy to talk to and asked questions that seemed to be pertinent to my case. He used time efficiently whilst not making me feel that I had to rush. He discussed the issues with me in a way that I could understand and explained what would happen next. My case from first seeing Dr Janmohamed to its conclusion followed the process that he described. Having had blood tests and an echo-cardiogram, I do wonder as a "lay-person" if there would have been some wider value in spending more time in me hearing the medical interpretation of each test result. However with reference to the purpose for which I came to the surgery I felt overall that I received a polite, friendly, professional and thorough service within the normal time available.
