My appointment with this doctor was well conducted. He listened to my description of symptoms, exchanged and encouraged views and discussion and then proposed how to proceed. At no time did I feel hurried or on a time limitation. Generally I feel the Woodcote practice has improved although there is still an unacceptable delay in appointments, particularly if one wants to revisit the same doctor.
