In the main you can get an appointment the same day if not within a couple of days for non urgent matters. Repeat medication always dealt with quickly. I find that the Dr does not send you for unnessary tests etc but tries to talk with you about ways of improving your health. Mostly I feel quite reassured when I have seen him, however at present I do have an issue that I will need once again to return to him for diagnosis. The Dr is always very polite and the other members of staff very helpful. In Broadstairs it is hard to find a good GP but in the main my husband and I are happy with the service we receive.

Easy to make appointment, so far all appointments have been within a totally acceptable time frame. Reception staff friendly & helpful . Doctor does not rush through consultation & answers all questions fully.

I got an appointment the very next day. The staff are very polite and respectful. The doctor is kind and gives as much time as you need.

He is willing to listen and help me make decisions about my care. He comes out himself to get me for my appointment, which is good. I can get an appointment when I need it.

General medical review very satisfactory.Very friendly and attentive and listens to the patients face to face. There are occasions when further examinations and tests would be helpful to prevent the patient becoming too worried. Generally speaking a very sound G.P.
