The reception staff never passes on information and you are never able to see and speak to him.

Please look to my other review of the entire surgery. Dr Malik has not been a doctor at all. I have been ignored, dismissed and altogether put down by him every time I have had an appointment, whether in person or via telephone, and even when I have tried to speak to him. He now refuses to see me or treat me for anything. He is not a doctor, no matter if he has a few qualifications, he has refused to treat his patient just because he got fed up with me constantly having appointments for one thing after another. It is absolutely disgusting.

Always reassuring. Very polite, professional, courteous & respectful. Listens & doesn't make you feel that you are wasting his time. Highly recommend this doctor & practice.

This doctor is terrible, He wasn't listening at all and spoke over me continually, I was left without medication due to he's arrogance, against the advice of a far more qualified specialist,

Dr Malik is a down to earth person who genuinely cares and listens. He involves patients in decision making and treatment. I was not happy with the BP tablets he had prescribed me as had side effects; so the 2 of us made a decision in terms of how to proceed and what tablets to try next. He always checks how I am even if he just sees me in the Surgery even though I'm not having an appointment with him. I'd put my life in his great doctor. He is happy to check different things and even do the flu jab in one appointment so I don't have to keep going back to the Surgery. This saves me a lot of time and Dr Malik never tries to rush me.
