We saw Dr Huissoon today to find out about my son's allergies. He listened to my son, made copious notes and explained the whole process. He was very informative and explained how to use an Epi pen. He took his time to listen to my son and find out as much information from him as possible. He welcomed any questions for us and we didn't feel rushed at all. We came away feeling more positive and with a follow up appointment. This is the NHS at its best and we so desperately need to keep the NHS.
