Quite simply, Sally is amazing. Turning up with a mouth full of problems, she explained exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and how long it would take. But best of all she listened when I told her how worried I was about losing my teeth but how scared I was of needles! I put myself in her hands and she has never once let me down. She's the standard against which all good dentists should be measured. She's never once soft-soaped me, but still been kind and polite. Worth every penny!

I was terrified about a visit to the dentist for a long time. Because of this I had a long gap without treatment. I 'stumbled upon' Sally for treatment prior to the establishment of I-teeth and followed her there. I have had treatments and regular checkups with Sally now for some years. Treatments have included root canal work and other fillings. I am dealt with as a person by all of the team. It is a friendly and relaxed environment where patient care is the priority.The treatment options are explained and I am always dealt with skilfully, professionally and with empathy. Sally gave me confidence from the beginning of the first appointment (I am comparatively new to her practice). She listens carefully and checks her understanding of what you are saying, and is approachable, friendly and relaxed, which makes it easy to talk with her. At the same time, she is knowledgable and professional, explaining everything carefully and clearly, so you know what is going on all the time. She comes over as dedicated to both her profession and the patient.

Sally is great, explains everything really well and takes time to accommodate your individual needs. Over the years I have had a fair bit of treatment, some of it quite tricky and whilst no one wants a root filling, if I had to have one, I would want Sally to it!

Walking into the surgery has a comforting feel. The staff all make you feel genuinely welcome. The dentist herself, Sally, is very reassuring and explains everything to you - I felt I knew what was going on the whole time. I was given a number of options for dealing with the problem tooth and after the explanations was told there was no problem with going away and thinking about it and getting back to them. When I was told to phone if I had any questions, I actually felt I could. The treatment was carried out painlessly and quickly. I couldn't have asked for more or better.
