I had a tooth pulled out today and Dr Raj Joshi was super efficient. He made me feel very comfortable and the surgery was over in less than 10 mins. This was the best dental procedure I have ever had.

Having been a patient of Dr Raj I cannot speak highly enough regarding him. He was patient, caring, polite and with regards to his work as a dentist I would say he is a perfectionist!

Grow in up in the 50s and having to attend dentist I was terrified which had still left me all these years but recently I had to return to dentist as several issues with teeth breaking of and falling out. However I started going to raj at Bupa Merrow where I had to undergo long intense treatment resulting part top denture and 2 implants in lower jaw. Through all the treatments my fear started to fade and raj supported me explained every time work was done and listened to me I fully trust him I have no fear going to him and hope he will available at this practice for many years I have not had any problems with my teeth since long may it last he was very professional and at no time did I feel pain.

I was very skeptical on trying a new implant dentist after the previous experience I had, however I went to Dr Raj’s practise to discuss the different treatment options that was available with Partie & Dr Raj, straight away I felt I was under no obligation to accept any of the treatments available but they went through everything and all the options, however I decided & went ahead with the treatment and it was the best thing I ever did, the treatment, the attention to detail, making me feel at ease every step of the way was something I had never experienced before, Dr Raj explained every detail prior to each treatment session, was extremely professional, considerate & empathetic, I didn’t experience any pain during treatment which was one of my fears but I soon overcame that after the first treatment session, I am forever grateful to Mr Raj, Partie & his brilliant nurse for everything, his aftercare advise healed the treatment areas so quickly and I am so so happy with my new teeth, thank you for everything, I am one happy person and like most the only thing I regret is not having it done sooner with Dr Raj and the team, I recommend Dr Raj & his team very highly.

I am fortunate to have had Raj to undertake my implant treatment. From the start he was very open and explained all the processes clearly to help me make the right decision. There was never any pressure applied it was up to me as to what actions I took. Once I started Raj made me at ease with his calm personality and took the time to chat and explain what would happen and what I needed to do. Raj also suggested other treatments such as whitening to make a bigger difference, which made a massive difference (improved my teeth colour by more than 6 shades) and always gave good advice on maintaining the look, which I still follow. My front teeth were in a bad state and I could never have believed the outcome- the transformation was amazing (family could not believe it either). I look at my old photos of my teeth and i do not recognise them anymore. I was always very conscious of smiling and now this fear has been removed. My only regret was that I did not do undertake the work with Raj earlier. I would highly recommend Raj to anyone in a similar situation to get a consultation and treatment with him, as he is a first class professional who was ably supported by the dental assistant. One of the best decisions I have ever made - thanks Raj.
