I needed an emergency appointment which took two attempts, but this was due to going via 111 for a referral rather than the clinic itself.

Everything was clean an tidy an the dentist was very nice. But the person on the reception was very rude an inappropriate. If you dont want to work give it to someone who would enjoy working. Parents can be nervous when taking there child in for a extraction but that receptionist was something special an can do with people talking skills put on to her learning an development

Give reception on duty a lesson on people talking skills. Everyone has a off day but she was rude.

I called up 111 and got a call back from Aisha the triage nurse. She was very helpful and got me an appointment to see the dentist. Aisha was very professional. Definitely would recommend Oxford dental.

Nothing everything was very good. Especially with covid all the necessary stuff was in place
