I (Christopher Johnson) had Radiofrequency Ablation performed by Dr Mohammed Ahmed on the 13th of August who explained what was going to happen prior to the procedure. Dr Ahmed had previously carried out a Medial Branch Block procedure in April, throughout both procedures Dr Ahmed has put me at ease in a professional manner and shown immense compassion in regards to the back pain which I have been suffering over the last couple of years.
Additionally, Becky who carried out my observations and provided care while I was in my hospital room was amazing and is a real credit to One Hatfield Hospital. In fact, all of the hospital staff were exceptionally caring, compassionate and professional.
