My only concern is the thought of this incredibly talented, compassion specialist retiring. Naturally I wish him and his family well, a brilliant time and happiness always. My sadness in the loss of the possibly that he might be available if needed yet again due to the remaining aneurysm(s) may be a tad selfish but I must end by saying

At a time of concern. Mr Duffill explained the treatment programme in a calm and detailed way. I felt totally safe in his hands.

Mr Duffill, saved my life 6 years ago by means of a craniotomy to resection a brain avm, which had already bleed a few days prior to surgery. Brilliant care at Southampton general along with after care and physio at the general and western. Cannot thank them enough.

I have had 3 surgical procedures under Mr Duffill and am about to go for a 4th I trust him so much that I requested he do it
