Wimbledon Clinics is a great place to be treated. I have had work done on my knees and elbow there and have found it a professional, welcoming, caring place where everyone who works there plays their part with good cheer. I have referred to it as a good hotel with medical attention. I felt safe there and confident in the treatment and care that I received. In particular I really appreciated the hydro-therapy pool after my knee replacement in December 2012.

World Class Facility and the careing nature of the staff simply takes away any negative feelings and apprehentions one might get from a facility of this nature.

Incredibly understanding and able to give the right care at the right time. I was looked after very well indeed. The clinic creates a great 'ambience' of efficient and personal care for all patients.

All staff - receptionists. secretaries, nurses and consultant Mr Bell, made each stage of the consultation process culminating in an athroscopy and after-care, a smooth and (almost!) enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Wimbledon Clinics based on my first-rate experience as a patient.

Had very little contact with Wimbledon Clinics apart from Ellie, Mr Jonathan Bell's secretary.
She was very helpful at all times.

My whole experience was excellent. Mr Adrian Fairbank was kind, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job on replacing my knee. He reassured and supported me and I feel we are both enjoying the great result. His secretary Pauline Jackson was warm, friendly, good humoured and very human in her contact with me. I really felt that she was working with me and understood how I felt. I have never received the same quality of care from someone in that sort of role as I received from Pauline.
In the hospital I was treated with respect, as an individual; all the staff were kind, helpful and good natured. Check-in through to surgery was quick and efficient and I cannot praise highly enough my post surgery care. I suffered no ill effects from the sedation and the pain management regime was so good that I have barely had any pain at all.
The hydro therapy treatment was the icing on the cake. It was nurturing and effective. The pool therapists were great but I'd also like to mention the young man who wheeled me to and from the pool. He was endlessly cheerful and attentive and I really appreciated that.
Overall I could not recommend highly enough my experience at Wimbledon Clinic with Adrian Fairbank, Pauline Jackson and the rest of the team.

We were seen very quickly and the communication between the practice, Jonathan & my son was excellent, both before & after the procedure. It was a very nice touch and reassuring as a parent to receive a text from Jonathan that the operation had gone well.
