Fantastic service would recommend 100% my prescriber Zak would respond to my questions nearly instantly over the notes section making it almost like a messaging service. It doesn’t matter if it was working hours or not sometimes I could get a reply straight away even at 11pm

My experience with Psychiatry Uk has been very positive. I've been informed and given options about my medication and my prescriber has been a great support whenever I've had any questions or concerns. Personally I would have found an online meeting or phone call useful at key points in my titration to talk in more detail but for an online service it has been very good.

Nothing to say really, it's a great service and the portal system works great. Everything runs on time and the staff are very supportive and reply in a prompt manner.

As my time with Psychiatry UK is coming to an end I would like to give a massive THANK YOU to both my doctor Faisal Farid and my perskriber Zak Moussa as well as all other team members from customer support in the couple of years journey that I took in getting my ADHD diagnoses and the right medication for it! Dr Faisal Farid diagnosed me and provided me with support by starting me on a medication titration till the very end with my EOTR appointment. The diagnosis didn't come easy to me but it was a relief to finally understand myself better and go on the path to actually be better. I would highly recommend Dr Faisal Farid, as he has great sense of humour, shows a lot of care when getting the information and asks the right questions, when speaking with him I fwlt safeand comfortable and not at all in any way as I've felt with other doctors in the past (not from Psychiatry UK) Im glad to have had him as my doctor. Zak Moussa was my perscriber and we kept close touch throughout my titration process which was a rollercoaster of emotions. He was always very quick to respond, always came back to me with detailed answers to any and all of my questions, despite how stupid some of them might have been. Helped me tremendously in finding the medication that suited me the best. Never judged me or dismiss me when it came to my feed back to all the previous medications / dosages till I found the one tht suited me best, always took my feedback seriously and tried to correct the medication immediately. Throughout my titration process there were a lot of ups and downs but he supported me though them all and he did it with an enormous amount of care and understanding. I can't say enough good things about him! Im glad to have been in the care of this great team that made my journey so easy! Now I'm on the right medication which has changed my life for the better! I have gotten close to the team, especially to Zak and I will miss him but I'm glad that I was referred to Psychiatry UK in the 1st place and got everything sorted in such a short amount of time where I know of people facing the same challenges as me waiting for years on end for someone to take them seriously. I would highly recommend Psychiatry UK and I give a massive shout out to both doctors Faisal Farid and Zak Moussa!! All the best! :)

Very delayed application due to it being lost by PUK, not much was done in the way of making up for this. The service is not very personable and I feel like they are very much overwhelmed with the amount of patients they have. Very slow process and can take over a year for ADHD diagnosis as about the same or a little bit less for autism. No updates on how long you will have to wait and slow responses on the patient portal which is the only way to contact, I would recommend this service as an NHS service only, I would be extremely unsatisfied as a private patient as you are treated the same regardless. I would look for alternative services if you're paying privately, just know that ADHD360 currently is no longer is able to be used for shared care with your GP, and I'm not sure of the other services available, but I would look about before paying privately for PUK.

I found everyone i dealt with incredibly responsive and approachable. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and understanding whilst I went through my titration. Since being diagnosed and taken seriously my life has changed hugely. I am so much happier in my skin and whilst I still have ADHD I am more accepting of myself and my mood is much more stable.

I got diagnosed much quicker than I thought I would, and when I would contact them they would get back to me as soon as possible. They handled my concerns and worries with care, and everyone I spoke to during this process was so supportive and kind.
