Helen Spencer-Hicks was my prescriber, they were extremely helpful and the medication they recommended has helped me no end.

I always got messages back in a timely manner or passed to the relevant department when required. The team are amazing and I'm very grateful for their care.

The service has been extremely helpful to me. Particularly, the consultant and the titration support were both very amazing. Their knowledge of adult ADHD is top-notch including emotional dysregulation and instability, impulsiveness, anger, etc. which MANY so-called specialists out there don't understand.

More than worth the wait (they’re a very popular service), I was diagnosed and and offered treatment after a video meeting and felt very heard throughout the process. Any questions I asked were answered quickly and I was able to communicate via the online forms

I was treated with great care and compassion from everyone involved in my care at Psychiatry-UK. I am incredibly grateful for all the support I've received, and am very lucky that I could be seen as an NHS patient- without it I would probably have had to wait years for a referral/treatment, as I am unable to afford private care. I hope Psychiatry-UK can continue to support the NHS with their services.

The service and support I received during diagnosis and the titration was great. I was able to contact the relevant people whenever I needed via the online portal and received timely responses. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed and I always felt listened to. Would definitely recommend this service and I appreciate all the help they provided.

I think Psychiatry UK is a very good and slick service. From my initial appointment to my diagnosis to treatment, they have been very helpful and understanding.
