I am having a very positive experience with Psychiatry UK. I feel listened to and respected at all times. Communication is very clear and prompt and the online portal is very practical and helpful. The support I have been given so far has been excellent.

I've been impressed with all the doctors and phone support people I've spoken to. From doing both diagnoses through to titration, everything was professional and timely.
There is a delay of six months for the 'titration' (testing and adjusting the dose of medication) after diagnosis. Once I reached the front of the queue Dr Hassan was very responsive. So responsive that he replied to my form submission and answered my concerns within a few hours -- and on a Sunday evening! Amazing!
That shows Psychiatry UK are working around the clock and over weekends to get their patients treated and process the backlog.
For anyone waiting for their medication, it's coming, don't worry, they're doing their best to get to you.

on the ball people with a pretty nifty portal.
automation is handy. SMS alerts are sent when your case notes are updated. the portal is a bit clunky but still better than anything you'll encounter on an NHS website.
Everyone I've dealt with has been lovely, and very efficient too!
If SMS could be sent to alert of upcoming prescription issues it'd be perfect

I am so glad to of received support from Dr. Sadiq and Karen who have worked closely with me to start managing my symptoms more effectively. Being open and honest has helped me mentally beyond words and I now feel a massive weight of confusion has lifted off my shoulders over the last 20+ years when I figured I couldn't fit into 'the box' everyone expected me to. I would highly recommend! Thank you, my children and family now have a productive happier mum.

I came across psychiatry UK after it was brought to my attention that my son most likely had ADHD, after then a lot of research I realized I most likely do too! so contacted my doctor and they referred me, I was initially told I would have to wait up to a year so I paid privately for a diagnosis elsewhere for almost £1,000, and was then contacted shortly after to be assessed by Psychiatry UK. Despite the fact that this was funded by the NHS, they were much more in depth, much faster with responding to questions and offer an incredible amount of support. If I had been a bit more patient and just waited for psychiatry UK, I would have saved myself a lot of money! But they really do offer a much higher standard of care than I received with the private company.
I never leave a review for anything, but y whole life has changed as a result of this company, if you do decide to use them, you will not be disappointed. Any time I have asked a question, i have been responded to in a matter of hours, I have not once had to take single day's break in my medication, they contact me a week before each review, give you a form to complete to check both your overall health and mental and then have meds delivered to your door if you wish.

Helen Spencer-Hicks took care of my titration period and has helped me to find the medication and dose I need to help me. If anyone is second guessing wether getting help is worth it, do it for yourself, thank you Psychiatry-UK.

Directed to Psychiatry-UK as a RTC NHS patient, with excellent service and care. Only comment is I felt they could have communicated more effectively the processes, steps and management of conditions between the different steps/appointments. However, this was still done in some cases as much as they could, despite the pressure the service was under.
