After a dreadful experience elsewhere, I used right to choose and came here. July 2022 I sent my letter and I was seen and diagnosed in the November. The wait between this and Titration felt brutal - 6 months but communication was good. I think the service does excellent work and I only hope they recruit more staff to support more people because my medication has genuinely improved my life.

It’s been a long journey but definitely worth it. Since a little child, I have always felt different to others and always questioned why I am the way that I am. So to have confirmation of my diagnosis, and that I’m not delusional has been a huge relief and comforting. I can now understand myself more and how to deal with certain situations. The whole process has been a breeze, even when I was not timely with my response and had a few issues on the way. However, my prescriber (Fungai) was very understanding and patient with me. He was quick to respond and immediately switched my medication when it wasn’t suitable for me. We finally found the perfect dosage for me and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Efficient replies to communication, professional and efficient service. Psychiatrist was sensitive towards previous trauma and handled the appointment extremely professional. I specifically liked tool of ‘Seen’ or ‘Not Yet Seen’ on the messaging software as this helped keep me up to date with where we were, especially important with an online service

Horrible service, avoid at all costs! My appointment was delayed by months because of a mistake they have admitted to, then I was finally offered an appointment that was within 2 weeks and I confirmed I would like that time. 3 days later I get told not only is that appointment not available but I now have a 2 month wait for the next available appointment! Customer service now has a 5 day ETA to reply to any comments you add on their horrible patient portal. The level of service has been horrific and there seems to be very little attempt to fix any mistakes even when they have admitted to making them

Hello, I have been ignored and discharged from the portal without any reason. I have been diagnosed by Dr Yann Welton, we had a miss understanding where he thought that I was being checked by cardiology. I only said to him that my blood pressure was high. He said that I needed to get a full investigation about my heart condition. I showed that my blood pressure lowered but the pulse was still high. Then I indeed started an ECG, but before waiting for it, this guy discharged me from the portal without previous warning. The ECG results show that my heart condition is good and that I DONT NEED ANY FURTHER INVESTIGATION with a cardiologist. I can and I must start treatment but your service don’t want to listen and don’t want me to put me back into the portal so I can get a prescription. You don’t care about ADHD clients and you don’t know how to deal with them. If you have some sort of empathy please help

Hello, i am thankful for your service as a right to choose patient. i would be waiting another two years for a diagnoses , i finally have clarity around myself and why i am the way i am. game changer in my life, so much more self compassion. i am very thankful for all the staff who have helped me on my way. i would recommend also have a human voice call as I'm not great with tech and find it easier talking to a human to understand stuff. thank you

I have been diagnosed with ADHD and had my ADHD medication Titration and prescription all done through Psychiatry UK, and I can say my prescriber (Charlotte Lockyer) has been insanely helpful, and kept me involved in every step of the process. She was extremely accommodating for when I needed to take breaks or needed advice based on the side effects I was experiencing. I have also been kept well informed about the changes in medication, reasoning for titration process, and all potential side effects for the medication I tried. I honestly couldn't thank her enough, and I cannot express how smoothly the process truly went with her help !

Ben was highly courteous and professional throughout the duration of my call. I had never received psychiatric assistance before however he was very calm and explained meticulously the process, as well as helping me understand my own psyche, as well as reasons behind my behaviour. He explained why treatment may help and the various options available to me, and how I may go about obtaining these.
