Our service continues to be extremely popular, and we know that some of our patients are having to wait longer for treatment than we would like. We are continually working to try to reduce our wait times through an ongoing recruitment programme and regular audits to try to identify areas where we could streamline processes. As an online company, we are usually able to treat patients faster than through local NHS routes, however.
