I was really impressed with my titration nurse Wiolita. She was extremely efficient, attentive, polite and very knowledgeable. I felt totally confident with her decision making.

My titration was handled by Lorraine and she was excellent. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and professionally. It took a really long time to get to the point of titration, so I'm pleased that it went well. I was really impressed with the speed of feedback, medication shipping times and guidance.

Sally Newport was absolutely amazing, listened to everything with care and provided me with great advice! the titration process was super smooth and enjoyable with Sally. thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me find a medication that works for me!

Our initial consultation with Dr. Shah over Zoom was a bit of a strange experience as his questions and reactions to our answers were a bit unusual. However, once we got through this bit, we were allocated a prescriber who was very helpful at trying to figure out the best prescription for my daughter - a tricky ask as its so hard to separate ADHD symptoms to those of being a teenager.
He always answered by queries quickly so that we could move forward with the treatment. This was all done via the portal which was very easy to use.

It’s negligent and unsafe to ask people to triple their med dosage with stimulants in a short time frame. Furthermore, the lack of information when prescribed the medication is shocking. The forms and UX design of the website is the least neurodivergent friendly portal snd experience I’ve ever seen in my life, and the threats to cut off treatment after missing one email is also wildly inappropriate - especially considering the 7 month wait list to have began tritiation. Please do better for ADHD and neurodivergent patients, this is messy

I can't say enough good things about Psychiatry-UK.
I had a fantastic experience at the clinic during my titration experience.
I received top-notch care from Sally Newport;
She was knowledgeable, remarkably patient and took the time to address all my concerns. The treatment I received was effective, and I am feeling much better. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received there.
I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I asked my GP to be referred to the service in 2022. My initial assessment with my psychiatrist was online. My assessment was clear, not rushed and I felt listened to when talking about my experiences (expanding on the forms submitted beforehand).
My medication titration process started around 6 months after my assessment. In total I explored 3 different medications before setting on the one which worked best for me. My prescriber Dean Tipton was absolutely wonderful and I could not have asked for a better prescriber. The whole process of changing medication, altering doses, monitoring changes etc. was a difficult process whilst managing other life commitments, however it was definitely worth it to settle on a medication which is life changing. I am now able to structure my day and actually follow up and complete my tasks - coming from being stuck in a stressful procrastination/ overwhelmed by everything cycle, the help I get from the medication is invaluable. Dean was always there for me throughout the whole process. I was able to ask him so many questions, and share my worries. He always responded promptly, with clarity and kindness. He really made the whole process so much easier for me and I always felt he took my suggestions/feedback seriously. I cannot be more grateful for him for all of his help.
I am also very grateful for every staff at Psych UK because being able to access this service has genuinely changed my life for the better, not just with medication but with being able to understand why certain things have always been harder to me, having the ADHD diagnosis has allowed me to be kinder and more forgiving to myself. I will definitely be recommending this service to others and want to say thank you very much!

I was referred to my GP on February 22, diagnosed on August 22 and finished titration on October 23. It was a long journey and am very happy about how I was looked after during the last year by the prescriber assigned to me and my consultant.
I had been unexpectedly diagnosed with combined ADHD, with hyperactive behaviours being the most unexpected and difficult to figure out. Finding the right medications was not straightforward. I have found an exceptional service in terms of care and responsiveness. Every time I experienced uncomfortable side effects, I was offered prompt advice and provided with alternative medications until I found the right ones.
I did not expect to be able to find some stability and have still a lot to go in terms of changing my behaviours but medications are helping. I hope that this review will help someone insecure like me, and help them to face this journey with confidence and trust that they are in good hands.
