I am a US Citizen stuck here during Quarantine & was not able to receive my medication from the USA, due to border control issues.
Jo with Psychiatry-UK was a saving grace & angel! Assisted in not only securing an appointment with Dr. K asap but providing knowledgeable information & assistance in locating a pharmacy that carries the same medication I needed & consistent follow up to ensure I was ok & provided all care needed, especially in such unprecedented times.
Dr. K was just a wonderful & provided me security in that I was being well looked after & cared for via compassion & overview on options, directions on how to proceed & managed the entire process of receiving my prescription needed at a local pharmacy.
I truly cannot boast enough on how wonderful the Psychiatry UK Staff & Doctors are & highly encourage anyone needing assistance to register with them & make them their main specialists. Their compassion & care, along with timeliness is rare to find & look forward to continue working with them.
