I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Upper Limb Surgeon, and I regularly refer patients to Physiofit as the quality of the service received is second to none, the staff are experienced and highly knowledgeable, and it is very conveniently located on the outskirts of Alderley Edge. I receive regular feedback from the therapists who see and treat my patients, making my consultations more complete for my patients. I have to say that I was not impressed by the service your clinic offered. I was transferred from one therapist to another without any notice (due to my original therapist leaving towards the end of my treatment). I didn't find this out until I arrived for my next appointment only to be told that Glenn had left! Apparently this was not passed on to me in advance due to "confidentiality", although I don't see how that applies? During my last appointment, the therapist who had been assigned to me did not seem to know about my treatment/condition or whether I needed further sessions. I left the clinician on the understanding that someone would contact me to advise me whether there was any clinical need for me to continue with treatment. I received no further contact form the clinic so I'm still not sure if my treatment was complete? I assume this is because the transfer from one therapist to another was not effectively handled and therefore the therapist who took my final session did not understand my situation? I was recommended this Clinic by my Consultant following a Hip Arthroscopy but feel I would have received better care at the Hospital where my procedure was performed. I will pass this feedback to him when I next have a consutlation with him.

I would highly recommend Physiofit for all musculoskeletal problems, the staff are very well trained, courteous, and very interactive with other health professionals.
