Some of the nurses are really rude and need to understand that not everyone who could!es in is not the same person

I had a great experience, honestly can't imagine it going better at all. However, at my scan the nurse ([name removed]) made me really nervous about the procedure because when I explained that im scared of needles she told me the staff here are "not tolerable" and will "send me home". She also borderline insisted that I get contraception whilst asleep whereas I'd made it very clear 5/6 times that I don't want any. I just feel she could have been a lot more sensitive and reassuring because I left feeling very judged and nervous about my abortion but I didn't need to be, the theatre staff and aftercare staff were amazing!
