Communication is poor - phone calls not returned, impossible to get through on phone and then calls cut off on callback. Still waiting for confirmation of final appointment 48hrs before.... Possibly because I was overseas but in the lead up to the actual appointment it made things more stressful than needed. On the day everyone was lovely.
