The two nurses who looked after me, [name removed], and forgive me as I can’t remember the name of the other nurse but they couldn’t have been more caring and reassuring. The lady I initially spoke to over the phone was lovely, patient and understanding too. I came away feeling fully prepared and very well supported. Thank you so much

As I have never had a procedure like this before it was nerve wrecking and emotional but the staff and counselling has helped so much. I feel grateful that this service is available to all women in the UK. Thank you for all you do.

I felt well looked after and all the nurses were kind and made me comfortable. Everything was explained to me clearly and I knew exactly what was happening to me. It was daunting when I walked into theatre, but all the nurses were extremely accomodating and made me feel safe.
